02 How online wallpaper ordering works

Online ordering is best when you already know the wall size and the design you want. This is ideal for standard wallpaper and selected custom/mural orders.

• Online orders are for wallpaper, not vinyl wrap.
• Enter the full wall height and width for better accuracy.
• If you are unsure about sizes, book the free visit before ordering.
• For custom murals, design proof or confirmation may be required before printing.

03 How the free home visit works

The free visit is best when you want help with sizes, samples, design selection or final quotation. Our team comes to your location, checks the wall and guides you properly.

04 How vinyl wrap works

Vinyl wrap depends heavily on the existing surface. This is why we do not allow direct online wrap orders. A visit is required to check condition, edges, curves, moisture, swelling and sample finish.

• Suitable for many smooth cabinets, wardrobes, doors, panels, counters and furniture surfaces.
• Not suitable for swollen, peeling, oily, wet, weak, rough or badly damaged surfaces.
• We show finishes such as woodgrain, stone, solid colours, textured films and premium architectural options.
• Final price is confirmed only after measurement and surface inspection.

05 How to measure your wall

For wallpaper ordering, measure the full height and width of the wall. Use metres where possible. If the wall has doors, windows or cupboards, still measure the full wall area unless our team advises otherwise.

06 Pricing & minimum charges

The price depends on product type, total area, minimum order value and final site condition. Installation is included where stated on the product, quotation or page.

• Estimator prices are approximate and not a final binding quote.
• Final quotation may change after exact measurement, sample selection or surface inspection.
• Extra charges may apply for remote areas, difficult access, major surface preparation, removal work or urgent jobs.

07 Typical timeline

Timelines depend on design, printing, schedule, payment confirmation, location and site readiness. We always confirm the expected timing before the job proceeds.

08 Before installation

To help our team work cleanly and quickly, please prepare the space before installation.

• Move furniture, decor, curtains and fragile items away from the work area.
• Make sure electricity, lighting and air conditioning are available.
• Arrange building access, permits, gate pass, service lift and parking if required.
• Walls/surfaces should be dry, clean, smooth and stable.
• Tell us in advance if old wallpaper removal, damaged wall repair or special access is needed.

09 Installation day

Our trained team arrives with the required material and tools. We check the area, prepare the wall/surface where needed, install carefully, trim edges and clean up after the work.

• An adult or authorised person should be available at the location.
• Our team may confirm wall/design position before starting.
• Installation time depends on wall size, material type and site condition.
• After completion, please inspect the work before the team leaves.

10 Aftercare

Proper care helps your wallpaper or vinyl wrap look premium for longer. Our team can advise based on your selected material and room type.

• Avoid harsh chemicals, excessive water and abrasive cleaning pads.
• For wipeable wallpaper, use a soft lightly damp cloth only where suitable.
• Keep wallpaper and wrap away from continuous leakage, steam, strong heat or sharp friction.
• Report any issue early with clear photos before attempting self-repair.
