At Wallpapers Dubai by LUXE DECOR, we supply and professionally install designer wallpaper, custom murals, and vinyl wrap for homes, kids’ rooms, offices, furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and feature walls across the UAE.
This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, cancellations, custom order preparation, installation-related concerns, and approved refunds.
Wallpapers Dubai by LUXE DECOR is operated by LUXE GENERAL TRADING FZC LLC.
1. Free Home Visit, Measurement & Quote
Wallpapers Dubai may offer a free home visit, measurement, sample viewing, and consultation before order confirmation. This helps customers choose the right wallpaper, finish, mural, or vinyl wrap in their own space and lighting.
Before confirming the order, customers are free to accept or reject the quotation. No cancellation charge applies before an order is confirmed and before any processing starts.

No cancellation charge applies if the order has not been approved or processed.
After Confirmation
Printing, material preparation, and installation scheduling may begin after approval.
2. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed when the customer approves the quotation, wallpaper design, mural design, vinyl wrap finish, measurements, material, price, deposit, online order, or installation schedule through website checkout, WhatsApp, phone, email, invoice, or written confirmation.
After confirmation, we may begin one or more of the following steps:
- Design preparation or file adjustment
- Wall measurement calculation and size adjustment
- Custom mural or wallpaper printing preparation
- Vinyl wrap material arrangement
- Supplier or production coordination
- Installation team scheduling
- Admin, booking, and order processing work
3. Custom Wallpaper, Murals & Vinyl Wrap
Most Wallpapers Dubai orders are made-to-measure or prepared according to the customer’s selected design, wall size, furniture surface, finish, and installation requirement.
Custom wallpaper, wall murals, special-size wallpaper, printed designs, furniture wrap, kitchen wrap, wardrobe wrap, and other made-to-measure items cannot normally be returned once printed, cut, prepared, or installed according to the approved order details.
4. Return Policy
Returns may be considered only if the supplied item is incorrect, defective, or not prepared according to the confirmed order details.
To request a return review, customers must contact Wallpapers Dubai with clear photos or videos of the issue before installation, cutting, use, or further handling.
Return requests may be reviewed if:
- The wrong wallpaper design was supplied by Wallpapers Dubai
- The wrong vinyl wrap finish was supplied by Wallpapers Dubai
- The product has a clear manufacturing defect before installation
- The size was prepared incorrectly due to our confirmed measurement error
- The product received is different from the approved order details
5. Cancellation by Customer
If a customer wants to cancel a confirmed order, the cancellation will be reviewed according to the current order status.
If cancellation is requested before processing, printing, cutting, material preparation, or scheduling has started, Wallpapers Dubai may approve a full or partial refund depending on the order status.
If cancellation is requested after order processing has started, Wallpapers Dubai may deduct 30% of the total confirmed order value as cancellation charges. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer after review and approval.

6. Refund Eligibility
A full or partial refund may be considered in the following cases:
- The customer cancels before order processing begins
- Wallpapers Dubai supplied the wrong confirmed design or finish
- The size was prepared incorrectly due to our confirmed measurement error
- The product has a clear manufacturing defect before installation
- An installation issue is caused by our installation team
- Wallpapers Dubai is unable to complete the confirmed service
All refund requests are reviewed based on order confirmation, design approval, measurement records, product status, payment status, installation status, and supporting photos or videos.
7. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or returns may not be approved in the following cases:
- The customer changes their mind after the order is processed
- The customer approved the design but later dislikes the colour, pattern, scale, or style
- The wallpaper, mural, or vinyl wrap has already been printed, cut, prepared, or installed
- The customer provided incorrect measurements or incomplete wall/surface information
- The wall or surface condition is unsuitable and was not disclosed earlier
- The customer delays, refuses, or cancels installation after team or material scheduling
- The product is damaged after delivery, handling, cutting, installation, or use
- Damage is caused by moisture, leakage, weak paint, poor plaster, cracks, dust, scratches, heat, misuse, or third-party work
- The customer requests changes after final design or quotation approval
8. Design, Colour & Measurement Approval
Before processing an order, customers should carefully review and confirm:
- Wallpaper, mural, or vinyl wrap design
- Colour tone and finish
- Wall size, surface size, and measurements
- Material type and service type
- Quantity and installation area
- Final quotation amount
- Delivery or installation date
- Location and access details
Once approved, Wallpapers Dubai will process the order according to the confirmed details. Any changes requested after approval may result in extra charges, delay, or cancellation deduction.
9. Installation-Related Issues
If there is an installation-related issue, the customer should inform Wallpapers Dubai as soon as possible with clear photos or videos.
Installation complaints should be reported within 24 hours after installation so our team can inspect and review the issue properly.
Depending on the issue, Wallpapers Dubai may offer:
- Inspection visit
- Repair or adjustment
- Partial correction
- Replacement of affected area, if applicable
- Partial refund, if applicable
10. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the available payment method agreed with the customer.
Refund processing may take 7 to 14 working days after approval, depending on the payment method, bank, or transfer process.
If the customer paid by card, digital wallet, bank transfer, cash, or cash collection, the refund method will be confirmed during the refund review.
11. When No Cancellation Deduction Applies
The 30% cancellation deduction will not apply if:
- The cancellation is due to an error from Wallpapers Dubai
- We supplied a different confirmed wallpaper, mural, or vinyl wrap finish
- We cannot fulfill the confirmed order
- The customer cancels before order confirmation and before any processing starts
We believe in honest pricing, clean installation, and fair service. If the issue is from our side, we will take responsibility and provide a suitable solution.
12. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return, cancellation, or refund review, please contact Wallpapers Dubai with your order details.
Please include:
- Full name
- Contact number
- Order number, quotation, or invoice details
- Payment proof, if available
- Reason for return, cancellation, or refund
- Clear photos or videos if the request is related to product or installation issue

13. Customer Agreement
By confirming an order with Wallpapers Dubai, the customer agrees that:
- They have reviewed and approved the design, size, finish, price, and order details
- Custom wallpaper, murals, and vinyl wrap may begin processing after confirmation
- Cancellation after processing may result in a 30% deduction
- Returns and refunds are reviewed according to product, order, and installation status
- Wallpapers Dubai will fairly resolve genuine product or service issues
