These Terms & Conditions explain how our website, quotations, online wallpaper orders, free visits, custom printing, vinyl wrap services, payments, installation and after-service are handled. Please read them carefully before placing an order or booking a service.

Welcome to Wallpapers Dubai by LUXE DECOR. By browsing our website, booking a visit, requesting a quotation, placing an online order, approving a design, making a payment, or allowing our team to start work, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms are written to make expectations clear for both sides. They cover online wallpaper orders, custom printed murals, standard wallpaper, vinyl wrap services, site visits, installation, payment, customer responsibilities, returns, warranty, and the use of our website.
01 Company & website information
Wallpapers Dubai is a dedicated wallpaper and vinyl wrap brand by LUXE DECOR, operating under Luxe General Trading. The website is intended for customers in the United Arab Emirates.

We may update our website, products, pricing, images, product descriptions, policies or service process from time to time. Any changes become effective once published on our website or communicated to the customer.
02 Our products & services
Our main services include:
- Standard Wallpaper: ready design wallpaper supplied and installed by our team.
- Custom Wallpaper / Murals: custom printed designs, murals, feature walls and made-to-measure artwork.
- Vinyl Wrap: architectural film wrapping for smooth surfaces such as cabinets, doors, wardrobes, selected furniture and suitable panels.
- Free Home Visit: measurement, sample viewing and quotation support where serviceable.
- Online Wallpaper Ordering: for wallpaper customers who already know their wall size and design selection.
Product visuals on the website are for guidance. Colours, scale and texture can appear different depending on screen brightness, device settings, lighting, wall size, print batch and material finish.
03 Pricing, minimum order values & estimates
Prices shown on the website, estimator, quotation builder, product pages or marketing material are intended to guide customers before final confirmation. Final pricing may depend on wall size, surface condition, location, material choice, design complexity, installation requirements and access.
The website estimator gives an approximate price only. It should not be treated as a binding final quotation. The final quote is confirmed after exact measurement, design confirmation, material selection and review of installation conditions.
- Installation is included where specifically stated in the quotation or product/service description.
- Additional charges may apply for difficult access, remote areas, parking, building permits, special preparation or urgent work.
- Prices may be updated without prior notice, but confirmed paid orders are handled according to the approved quotation/order details.
- If a technical error shows an incorrect price, we may cancel or correct the order before processing.
04 Free home visit, measurements & samples
We offer a free home visit where available. During the visit our team may measure walls or surfaces, show samples, understand the customer’s requirement and provide an estimate or quotation.
- The visit is free and without obligation unless a separate fee is clearly agreed for special locations, repeated visits or urgent visits.
- Appointment slots are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- Customers should ensure someone is available at the property at the agreed time.
- If access is not provided, the property is not ready, or the customer repeatedly reschedules, we may refuse or delay future visits.
- Samples are for material and colour reference. Final print results can still vary slightly due to batch, lighting and design scaling.
05 Online orders & order acceptance
Online ordering is available for wallpaper products where the customer knows the wall size and selects the design online. Vinyl wrap is not available for direct online order.
- By placing an order, the customer confirms that all details entered are accurate, including size, contact details, location and selected design.
- We may contact the customer to verify unclear information before processing.
- An order is accepted only when we confirm it or start processing after payment.
- We may refuse, cancel or hold an order if information is incomplete, payment fails, pricing is incorrect, the location is not serviceable, or misuse/fraud is suspected.
- For custom or print-on-demand wallpaper, production may begin after payment and design confirmation. Once production begins, cancellation may not be possible.
06 Custom wallpaper, murals & design approvals
Custom wallpaper and murals are made according to the customer’s chosen design, wall size, layout and approved artwork. Because these items are produced specifically for one customer and one wall, extra approval steps may be required.
- Customers must carefully check design name, image, size, crop, orientation, colour preference, wall position and any text before approval.
- If a proof/mockup is provided, it is for layout guidance and not an exact colour guarantee.
- Once a customer approves a design and production begins, the order cannot normally be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
- If the customer supplies artwork, they confirm they have the legal right to use it for printing.
- Low-resolution images may print with blur, pixelation or quality loss. We may advise, but final responsibility for customer-supplied artwork remains with the customer.
- Minor variation in scale, crop, alignment or colour can happen due to wall shape, trimming, material behaviour, printing process and installation conditions.
07 Vinyl wrap terms
Vinyl wrap requires inspection before final quotation because every surface is different. Online order is not available for vinyl wrap. Customers should book a visit to see samples and allow our team to assess the surface.
- Vinyl wrap is priced at AED 200 per sqm with a minimum order of AED 1,000.
- Suitable surfaces are generally smooth, clean, stable and solid.
- Damaged, peeling, oily, textured, swollen, wet, weak or uneven surfaces may not be suitable.
- Wrap results depend heavily on the original surface condition.
- Wrap may not fully hide deep damage, gaps, dents, joints, stains, swelling or uneven surfaces.
- Heat, water exposure, cleaning chemicals, sharp objects and poor maintenance can affect wrap life.
- Final material selection and finish are confirmed after sample viewing and inspection.
08 Payments, deposits & balances
Payment terms are shown on the order page, invoice, quotation, payment link or message from our team. We may request full payment or a deposit before confirming production, materials, appointment scheduling or installation.
- Accepted methods may include online payment links, card payments, bank transfer or other approved methods.
- Orders may not be processed until payment is received or confirmed.
- For custom printed items, payment may be required before printing.
- Balance payments must be settled as agreed, usually before or upon completion, depending on the quotation.
- If payment is delayed, we may pause production, delivery, installation or after-service until payment is cleared.
- Bank transfer proof does not always mean payment is cleared. We may wait for bank confirmation.
09 Installation process, access & customer responsibilities
Our installation team aims to complete work professionally and cleanly. Customers must provide proper access, working space and accurate information so the job can be completed smoothly.
- The wall/surface area should be accessible, cleared and ready before the team arrives.
- Furniture, fixtures, electronics and fragile items should be moved or protected by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
- Electricity, lighting, air conditioning/ventilation and building access should be available.
- Customers are responsible for building permissions, security approvals, parking access, service lift booking and community rules.
- If our team cannot start or complete work due to blocked access, unready surfaces or missing approvals, extra visit or rescheduling charges may apply.
- Installation times are estimates and may change due to site conditions, traffic, building rules, material behaviour or unforeseen issues.
10 Wall and surface condition
Wallpaper and vinyl wrap performance depends on the condition of the surface. We are not responsible for issues caused by hidden dampness, weak paint, poor plaster, cracks, leakage, dust, oil, uneven surfaces or previous poor workmanship.
- Walls should be dry, smooth, clean, stable and free from seepage or moisture.
- Newly painted walls may need curing time before wallpaper installation.
- Existing paint, putty or plaster that lifts during installation is considered a surface issue, not an installation defect.
- If surface preparation beyond basic cleaning is needed, we will advise where possible and may quote separately.
- We may refuse installation on unsuitable surfaces if the result is likely to fail.
11 Delivery, service areas & timelines
We currently serve the UAE only. Service and installation availability depends on location, schedule, product type, building access and material readiness.
- We do not currently provide service outside the UAE.
- Delivery and installation timelines are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines.
- Custom printed items require production time before installation.
- Remote or hard-to-access locations may be refused or may require an additional charge.
- Delays can occur due to supplier issues, printing queue, traffic, weather, building restrictions, force majeure, payment delay or customer rescheduling.
12 Changes, cancellations & rescheduling
We understand plans can change. However, wallpaper printing, team scheduling and material preparation involve costs. Cancellation eligibility depends on the stage of the order.
- Free visit appointments should be rescheduled as early as possible.
- Orders can usually be changed before payment, approval or production begins.
- After design approval, material allocation, printing, cutting or scheduling, cancellation may be refused or charges may apply.
- Custom printed wallpaper and made-to-measure murals are normally non-cancellable once production starts.
- If the customer delays the project after confirmation, pricing and availability may need to be reconfirmed.
- Customer cancellation after order confirmation: if a customer cancels a confirmed order, 30% of the total order value may be deducted and the remaining eligible balance may be refunded, subject to order stage and production status.
13 Returns, refunds & exchanges
Returns and refunds are handled based on the product type, order stage and reason for return. Custom printed and made-to-measure products are treated differently from standard stock items.
- Custom printed wallpaper, murals and made-to-measure items are generally non-refundable once approved or printed.
- Installed products are not returnable unless a verified installation or material fault is confirmed by us.
- Colour difference due to screen display, lighting, wall condition or customer expectation is not automatically a defect.
- Claims must be reported promptly with photos/videos and before any third party attempts repair or removal.
- If a valid fault is confirmed, we may repair, replace, reprint, reinstall, partially refund or offer another fair solution at our discretion.
- Refunds, when approved, are normally made to the original payment method or agreed method.
14 Warranty, care & after-service
We stand behind professional workmanship, but warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, poor surface condition, moisture, leakage, heat, sharp objects, harsh cleaning, building movement or third-party interference.
- Do not wash wallpaper aggressively or use harsh chemicals.
- Use soft dry or lightly damp cleaning methods only where suitable.
- Keep wallpaper and wrap away from continuous water exposure, steam, strong heat or sharp friction.
- Report any issue early with clear photos and your order/quotation details.
- Do not attempt self-repair before contacting us, as this may affect warranty assessment.
15 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses.
- We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of use, emotional distress, or third-party costs.
- We are not responsible for hidden defects in walls, furniture, cabinetry, paint, plaster, waterproofing or building structure.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.
- Website use is provided on an “as available” basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
16 Privacy, communication & customer data
We collect and use customer information to respond to enquiries, process orders, book visits, send quotations, deliver services, take payments and provide after-service support.
- We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email or website forms regarding your enquiry or order.
- Photos of walls or surfaces may be requested to prepare estimates or assess issues.
- We may use third-party tools such as payment processors, email systems, analytics tools, delivery tools or website plugins.
- We do not sell customer personal information to third parties.

17 Website content & intellectual property
All website content, brand elements, text, graphics, product descriptions, layout, photographs, designs, mockups and other materials are owned by or licensed to Wallpapers Dubai by LUXE DECOR unless otherwise stated.
- You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, redistribute or commercially use our website content without written permission.
- Customers submitting images or artwork confirm they have permission to use those files.
- We are not responsible for copyright issues caused by customer-supplied artwork.
- We may use completed project photos for portfolio or marketing unless the customer requests otherwise before publication.
18 Governing law, disputes & updates
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will first be approached in good faith through direct communication.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be referred to the competent UAE courts or authorities.
- If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
- We may update these terms at any time. The latest version published on the website will apply going forward.
